Spond secured NOk 35 million from existing investors.

Spond, an Oslo, Norway-based SAAS developer for events, secured NOK 35M ($3.7M) in more fresh capital in the company.

The money was raised from existing investors and puts a post money valuation of NOK 250 million for the company.

Spond, founded in 2013 and led by CEO Per-Otto Wold, built and operates a digital platform for organizing and financing leisure activities. The company has about 750,000 monthly users on its platform and is not profitable, at a 2019 turnover of NOK 9M ($1M).

Prior to this round, in 2018, Spond raised $6 million.
