Submer raises $12 million.
Submer, a Barcelona, Spain-based developer of innovative cooling tech for data centers, completed a $12 million investment round.
The money was raised from a range of international investors, including the Sweden-based VC Norrsken VC as well as the German angel investor Andreas Mihalovits and American Tim Reynolds.
Submer, founded in 2015 by CEO Daniel Pope and Pol Valls, aims to make operating and constructing datacenters more sustainable and efficient. The company develops a revolutionary computing liquid immersion cooling solution for data centers that saves up to 99% of cooling costs.
Prior to this round, in 2018, Submer raised €3.9M from Alma Mundi Ventures.
