Superb in a Series A investment of €12 million led by Swedish Kinnevik.
Superb, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company providing software solutions for the restaurant industry, announced getting into a series A capital raise deal worth €12 million ($14.6M).
The money was raised from investors ed by the Sweden-based Kinnevik, and joined by the SAAS investor Knight Capital, SEED Capital and individual contributions from Björn Lindberg (former CCO of PayPal - owned mobile card reader supplier Zettle), and Michael Conyers (founder of online reservations system, ResDiary).
Proceeds will be used to expand the team and increase local presence in key markets.
Superb, founded in 2017 and led by CEO Zaedo Musa, built GXM (Guest Experience Management), a software solution dedicated to high-end restaurants and helping with booking, inventory, staff schedule and payments process.
The company's tool, the Superb’s Guest Experience Management platform (GXM), aggregates features such as reservations, POS, and payments in one platform, allowing restaurants to collect and use data to provide every guest with a personalised experience, build repeat business and maximise their revenue.
Paying customers include Restaurant Etoile in Stockholm, Sushi Anaba in Copenhagen, Maaemo in Oslo.
