Swiftcourt raised $1.1M from Collector Ventures

Swiftcourt, a Malmö, Sweden-based company providing a software as a service solution for digital contracts, secured SEK 10M ($1.1M) in capital investment.

The money was provided by Collector Ventures and will be used for business expansion.

Swiftcourt, founded in 2015 by Johan Hedén Hultgren (CEO), Hampus Sahlin, Jakob Elander, Fredrik Andersson and Niklas Holmquist, developed a software solution for digital purchase contracts, whereas private individuals identify with the Swedish BankID and can also get help with mediation before closing them. The company has managed about managed 14,000 contracts since foudning, and made SEK 1.4M ($150k) in sales in 2017.

Prior to this deal, Swiftcourt raised $540k from investors including SEED Capital and Swedish angel investor Jan Sturesson.
