Telia Company acquires AinaCom Oy, a Finnish provider of ICT services to enterprise customers.
Telia Company, a Stockholm, Sweden-based telecom operator, announced that it acquired AinaCom Oy, a Finnish provider of ICT services to enterprise customers.
The acquisition, which has financial details undisclosed, aims to further strengthen Telia Company’s position as provider of ICT services in Finland.
AinaCom Oy, headquartered in Helsinki and led by CEO Tomi Saario, provides business customers with voice, mobile, network and IT solutions, including connections . The company has approximately 60 employees and in 2017 it reported net sales of EUR 15.5 million and an adjusted EBITDA of minus EUR 0.4 million.
In 2014, Telia Company acquired AinaCom's consumer business and fixed networks.
