Trebo raised DKK 27 million in a capital round led by North-East Venture.
Trebo, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based recycling company operating a technology that converts polymer waste into high value recyclable fractions, announced completing a DKK 27 million ($4.1M) funding round.
The money was raised from investors led by North-East Venture.
Trebo, founded in 2018 by Thomas Trebbien and Andreas Leth Bockhoff, developed an advanced system able to sort it into hundreds of different types of plastic, based on the density of the plastic. The system can be installed in the production systems of plastic or recycling companies, making easier the whole process.
Trebo was initially seeded in 2019.
