Trussmatic adds Southside Investment Group as key US Investor and opens office in the United States.

Trussmatic Oy, a Kempele, Finland-based smart robotics productions and technology company, announced adding a new capital investment round from US-based investor, Southside Investment Group. The deal is part of the company's intentions of setting foot in the US, as it will open an office in November 2017 in Rosslyn, Virginia.

Trussmatic Oy, established in 2015 and led by CEO Matti Lehtipuu, developed the world’s first fully automatic and IP-connected wood roof truss production line. The Company has developed proprietary production automation systems using patented Internet-of-Things supported technologies with online monitoring capabilities. Trussmatic is a privately-held, limited liability company domiciled in Kempele, Finland.
