Twiik acquires coaching platform Shapelink

Twiik, a Malmö-based digital wellness service announced the purchasing of Shapelink, a Stockholm-based coaching and PT platform.

The acquisition means that Twiik partly takes over Shapelinks 130 000 registered users, but also that they take over the company's employees and the existing cooperation agreement with Viktväktarna and Inner, which today supplies the technology for their digital training program.

Twiik was founded in 2013 by by Johan Axelsson and Christer Mansson and is led by CEO Anders Gran. The company has customers such as Skanska, Telavox, Sparbanken Syd and Syncron.

After the acquisition of Shapelink Twiik intends to open offices in Stockholm, accelerate technology development and further focus on sales. The Shapelinks's operations will continue.
