VenueScanner, a London, UK-based software developer of a venue booking platform, announced completing a funding round of $1.5 million.

The money was raised from investors including Rianta Capital and ACF investors.

VenueScanner, founded in 2015 by Benjy Meyer and Rebecca Kelly, built a platform that allows event organizers to book venues for meetings, conferences, weddings, parties, and everything in between. The platform has 25,000 venues listed and paying customers include Facebook, Cancer Research, Accenture, NNS, Unilever, BBC, EY, Mastercard, M&S, Accenture, PWC, Skyscanner, BBC, and Google.
