Verdane acquired Trivec

Trivec, a Stockholm, Sweden-based integrated point of sales systems provider, announced that it was acquired by Verdane Capital.

The deal, which has financial details undisclosed, was part of a larger transaction made in 2016 by Verdane with Sequent Invest for acquiring five companies - Estate, Uppländska Berg, Trivec, Primär Fastighetsförvaltning and Linjebesiktning.

Trivec is a fast-growing and profitable pan-European player in the restaurant point-of-sales (POS) industry. Within the first year of ownership, Verdane pursued an M&A opportunity identified during the assessment of the company, and subsequently merged Trivec with the POS software supplier, ETC, forming the Trivec Group.
