Veremark raised a $8.5 million series A round led by Stage 2 Capital, joined by Samaipata, Triple Point Ventures, ACF Investors, Vulpes, and SOSV.
Veremark, a London, UK-based startup SAAS developer of a pre-screening recruitment solution, completed series A round closed at $8.5 million.
The money was raised from investors led by US-based Stage 2 Capital, and joined by Samaipata ventures, ACF Investors, Triple Point Ventures, SOV Ventures and Vulpes Investment Management.
Veremark, founded in 2018 by Angus Bankes, Daniel Braithwaite, Daniel Callaghan and Nick Johnston, provides an automated digital first solution that instantly lets companies, large or small, order a wide range of checks like employment history, academic, criminal and credit records checks anywhere in the world. The company says it offers more than 40 kinds of credential checks in 150 countries, and is managed from core hubs in the U.K., U.S., Australia, Singapore, India, and the Philippines.
Prior to this round, veremark raised £2 million in 2021.
