Vly to get funded by GFC.
Vly, a Berlin, Germany-based alternative dairy producer, completed a fresh capital funding round.
The money was raised from investors led by France-based VC Five Season Ventures and included contributions from Global Founders Capital and Rocket Internet. According to the German media, Rocket Internet and GFC control about 20% of the equity, post deal.
Vly, founded in 2018 by CEO Nicolas Hartmann, Niklas Katter and Moritz Braunwarth, produces vegan milk products. The company sells D2C via its website and is present on the shelves of about 6000 shops from Germany, including Rewe and Edeka.
