Woilà, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a SAAS solution for ecommerce operations, announced in a press release securing SEK 5M ($540k) in capital investment. The money was provided by Swedish angel investors, including Niklas Söderholm, Hidayet Tercan and Anna Benjamin.

Woilà, founded in 2016 by Wilhelm Schenning, Carl Enbom, Jonas Friman and Rickard Bergeling, developed an automated service that tracks price changes occuring after an online shopping transaction. When the price drops, the consumer may be entitled to get money back from the store due to price guarantee and other policies.

Prior to this deal, Woila raised $220k from investors including Jonas Bonde, Fredrik Adolfsson and Marika Wærn.
