Yepstr to get SEK 10M in more funding.
Yepstr, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup operating a digital community marketplace for household chores, completed a SEK 10M ($1M) capital investment round.
The money was provided by new and existing investors, including Schibsted Growth, Beijer Invest and angels Lars-Henrik Friis Molin and Gunilla von Platen. The funding will be used to create a business case ready to be funded by VC money for international scale.
Yepstr, founded in 2015 by CEO Jacob Rudbäck, built and operates a marketplace for young people looking for getting money by solving various households chores.
The company is yet to be profitable at a 2018 turnover of about SEK 4.6M ($500k).
Prior to this, Yepstr secured more than $2M in outside capital.
