Originally founded as IVS (Internet Ventures Scandinavia) back in 1999, we changed our name to Northcap in 2006. Currently investing from a 3rd fund of €70 M, raised in the summer of 2012, at three different stages: Seed (only in Denmark), Early stage and Growth stage.

Companies should have market traction and annual revenue of €1-2 M or more. In Denmark, we invest a bit earlier, from around first revenue.
