Öhman (Öhmangruppen) is a family-owned company founded in 1906 by Emric Öhman.

In 1934 Emric Öhman died and the company was taken over by Max Dinkelspiel, previously employed by Öhman.

The Dinkelspiel family has since continued its operations and currently Tom Dinkelspiel, son of Claes Dinkelspiel, is chairman of the parent company. In the Dinkelspiel family , the brothers Claes Dinkelspiel and Ulf Dinkelspiel have also been active in the Group, taking over from Max Dinkelspiel, their father.
