ABOUT THE PANELISTS

Elia Mörling is the CEO and founder of Idea Hunt. Elia has 20+ years experience working with growth and innovation for companies like SAAB, Volvo, Ericsson, ABB, and Nokia. He regularly teaches growth engineering at Berghs, Hyper Island, and Stockholms University. He is invested in 5 startups within VR, wearables, and SaaS. Elia is known for combining the latest in technology, behavioral science, and psychology to design engines that help products sustainably grow.

Elin Melin Lundström is currently working with Digital Sales and Marketing within the department for Digital Channels for Sweden's second largest telco provider Telenor. Previously worked as a CEO Trainee at Telenor Sweden following and supporting the daily work of top management. She's currently scrum master for Telenor Sweden's agile marketing team for mobile growth, in the highly prioritized Digital Frontrunner initiative. Her main areas of expertise are data-driven digital marketing, e-commerce, agile way of work and audience management. Elin has achieved double-digit growth in mobile acquisitions YoY 2016 vs 2017 and has broad international experience from working and studying in USA, China, England and Switzerland, business proficiency in Swedish and English. Speaks conversational German. She's #23 in the talent network 4Potentials list of future leaders 2018.
