SEED Discovery day

SEED Discovery Day is a pitch competition that celebrates great startups. 10 founders will present their startups in front of a jury of experienced entrepreneurs and investors. The most promising startup wins an investment of 500.000 DKK from Pre-Seed Innovation. The event is part of SEED Capital's Discovery program, which aims to strengthen early-stage startups.

You must live up to these criteria:

• You are based in Denmark
• Your startup needs to be less than 18 months old (from CVR registration)
• Max DKK 50.000 in total revenue throughout the company's lifetime

When selecting the 10 competing startups we focus on:

•  A highly skilled founder team
• The scalability of your business idea and the market potential
• If the product is already on the market – or close to market launch

A day of pitchtraining
The ten finalists will be invited for a day of pitchtraining the 3rd of May 2017.

Tine Thygesen, who is known for her public speaking skills will guide you through a good pitch. The day will allow for you to get some one-on-one coaching while you prepare for you presentation on the day of the competition. Tine will provide you with the do's and don'ts when pitching in front of a jury.
