24 Media Network was acquired by Life of Svea.

Life of Svea, a Stockholm, Sweden-based media group, announced that it acquired 24 Media Network.

The financial details were not disclosed. The acquisition includes online assets Nyheter24, Modette, Blogg.se  Kwiss.me and Tyda.se, as well as the podcasts "Studio Allsvenskan" and "In the name of truth with Gabriella Bark", and the company's Creative Studio.

24 Media Network will still operate and own the esport company Fragbite, and ad tech company Netric.

Life of Svea, led by CEO and owner Peter Scheffer, is a vertical media operator targeting women through a group of seven sites -  Familjeliv.se, Allt för föräldrar.se, Bröllopstorget.se, Devote.se, Rodeo.net, MinBebis.com and Mammasidan.se.

24 Media Network was founded in 2008 and is led by Douglas Roos.
