4iQ merges operations with US-based Alto Analytics, changes name in Constella Intelligence.

4iQ, a Madrid, Spain-based provider of identity intelligence solutions,announced that it enetered into a merger agreement fith Alto Analytics, an American supplier of AI & data science solutions for the digital public sphere.

Financial details were not disclosed. Following the deal, the two will operate under a brand new name, Constella Intelligence.

Kailash Ambwani, CEO of 4iQ, will serve as CEO of Constella. Alejandro Romero, Founder and CEO of Alto Analytics, will serve as COO.
