Abtrace raised €2.4M from Faber and Ganexa Capital.

Abtrace, a Portuguese medical SAAS startup with offices in London, UK, announced that it raised €2.4M ($2.8M) in a seed funding round.

The money was raised from investors led by Faber and joined by Ganexa Capital.

Abtrace, founded in 2018 by Cristina Correia, Helder Soares and CEO Umar Naeem Ahmad, developed a SAAS tool which can plug-into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) database and identify which tests or treatments a patient with a long-term health condition could benefit from. The software allows GPs and healthcare assistants (HCAs) to make more informed decisions, automate key elements of disease monitoring, and ensure patients receive consistent, effective care.
