AddPro announces merger with Svensk IT Funktion, to create one of Sweden’s leading cloud and application integrators
AddPro, a Malmö, Sweden-based cloud integrator, announced entering into an agreement with Svensk IT Funktion (ITF) to establish a new company in Sweden.
As a result of the merger, the business operations are expected to collectively have sales in the range of SEK 900M for 2018 and employ over 300 people.
Both AddPro and Svensk IT Funktion (ITF) have an extensive and very successful history in the Swedish IT market. So far, the business operations of the two companies have been focused on different geographic markets in Sweden, but now they join forces to create one of Sweden’s leading cloud and application integrators, with a strong presence in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö/Southern Sweden.
The AddPro Group, established in 2000 and led by CEO Nicklas Persson, is active within the IT services segment Safe & Efficient IT. The business operations are located in Malmö (HQ), Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Kristianstad.
AddPro is owned by the private equity company Adelis Equity, which bought the majority of its shares in 2015.
Svensk IT Funktion, founded in 1999 and led by CEO Nicklas Henriksson, is a company active in IT, with a focus on infrastructure and "IT as a function". The business operations of the company are currently represented in Stockholm and Gothenburg, expecting to attain sales approaching SEK 500 million for 2018.
