AddSecure announces the acquisition of Contal Security to secure growth and broaden its offering.

AddSecure, a leading player in the secure critical communications sector, today announces the acquisition of Contal Security, a leading Swedish supplier of solutions for digital in- and outward alarm transmission and integrated security systems.

For both companies the merger creates valuable new opportunities to generate revenues, expanding product offerings and services, and jointly developing new products.

Contal’s current CEO, Claes Åhlström, will take on the responsibility as business developer and will report directly to AddSecure’s CEO, Stefan Albertsson.
