Adelis acquires the majority of shares in MarkkinointiAkatemia.

MarkkinointiAkatemia (Marketing Academy), a Tampere, Finland-based company providing digital marketing services, announced getting into an agreement for selling the company to the private equity company Adelis Equity.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The company's founder and other shareholders will remain as minority owners.

Marketing Academy, founded in 2013 and led by CEO Mikko Pulkkila, is one of the largest digital marketing companies in Finland. The company offers consulting services, search engine optimization (SEO), Google AdWords, home pages, online stores and Facebook advertising and employs 80 employees in Tampere and Turku.

Marketing  Academy had net sales of EURO 4.3M ($4.9M) in 2017 and expects 6-7M for 2018.
