Adelis announced the acquisition of Mobilhouse.

Mobilhouse, a Taulov, Denmark-based company that manufactures, sells and leases modular buildings, announced getting into an agreement for selling a piece of the firm to private equity company from Scandinavia Adelis Equity.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. In connection with the transaction current management will become minority owners.

Mobilhouse, led by CEO Benny Møller, was founded initially in 1961 as a manufacturer of modular spaces for the construction industry. The company has 40 permanent and 55 temporary employees that manufacture and deliver standard modules and tailored solutions to private and public sector customers across Denmark. Mobilhouse is headquartered and has two manufacturing sites in Fredericia as well as offices, a warehouse and final assembly in Bjæverskov.
