Adent raises more funding in the company.

Adent Health, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based startup building a mobile app for dental hygiene, secured a capital increase round closed at DKK 15 million ($2.4M).

The money was raised from local investors from Denmark, including Preseed Ventures, Calm/Storm Ventures and T&W Holding. Proceeds will be used to accelerate growth in existing markets as well as open new markets, with eyes set on the UK market.

Adent Health, founded in 2019 by CEO Richard Bundsgaard, is building a business based on a mobile app that makes dental care more accessible based on the knowledge of dental experts and artificial intelligence. The app is able to scan teeth and track dental health.

Adebt previously raised funding in February 2020.
