Adlibris buys up four websites owned by Alphageek AB.

Adlibris group continues to grow and acquire e-commerce sites Roligaprylar.se, Alphageek.no, Alphageek.fi and Alphageek.dk owned by Alphageek AB.

Alphageek is a retailer specializing in costume, gifts and celebration. The company had sales of 20 million in 2016 and is active in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

The acquisition of Alphageek AB's e-commerce sites is part of Adlibris Group's growth strategy. Adlibris group consists of e-commerce sites Adlibris, HMV, Bamba, Grow and kitchen's favorites and had a turnover of 1.775 billion in 2016, an increase of 21% from the previous year. By investing in future growth, both organically and through acquisitions like Adlibris Group enhance its offering and continue to drive e-commerce forward.

The acquisition moves Alphageek AB's operations in Adlibris group that takes over the operation of all Alphageeks sites.
