Adnavem announced securing $4 million in capital funding from Runa Capital and Spintop Ventures

Adnavem, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based company operating a SaaS-enabled marketplace for the transport & logistics industry, announced closing in a $4 million capital investment round.

The money round was led by the American venture investor Runa Capital, and included contributions from Spintop Ventures, as it will join as a new investor.

The capital will be used to scale the business offering and to expand to new markets.

Adnavem, founded in 2017 and led by CEO Andreas Wramsmyr, built a software platform aiming to serve the global transport and logistics sector. The platform, sold as a SAAS, provides access to the booking process around container freight, managing automatically the collaboration between the different parties.

Transport buyers can choose the best suited and available service and logistics supplier in an instant and the logistics suppliers can easily find new customers to grow their business with, directly online.

Adnavem is currently operating in three countries: China, Singapore & Sweden.

Prior to this round, the company raised $1.1M at the end of 2018.
