Adolfsen Group purchases Frösunda Omsorg AB through Brado AB.
Frösunda Omsorg AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company provider of care for individuals with learning disabilities, severe physical disabilities and psychological/behavioural issues, announced its acquisition by Brado AB.
Brado is a wholly-owned company owned 100 percent by the Norwegian brothers Kristian and Roger Adolfsen through Adolfsen Group.
The deal, which has financial details undisclosed, was made with private equity house Hg Capital, which has owned Frösunda Care for almost eight years.
Frösunda, led by CEO Susanne Sidén, generated revenues of SEK 2.8bn ($340M) and adjusted EBITDA of SEK 118m in 2017.
