Ageras acquired the Dutch company Tellow.
Ageras, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based online marketplace for lawyers and accountants, announced that it acquired the Utrecht, Netherlands-based Tellow, a developer of an accounting tool for freelancers.
The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, involved that Tellow's owner, Rabo Frontier Ventures (an investment fund owned by Rabobank) will further invest and become a shareholder in Ageras.
Ageras, founded by CEO Rico Andersen, is an online platform offering matching services to small and medium-sized enterprises and micro-businesses, connecting them with professional services providers such as accountants and lawyers.
The company is owned by Investcorp, which acquired 60% of its shares in 2017.
