AideXa to raise €45 million in seed financing Generali Group, Banca Sella, IFIS, and from VCs, family offices, trade associations and angel investors from Italy.
AideXa, a Milan, Italy-based company providing financial services to small and medium businesses, announced that it raised a funding round totalling €45 million ($53.2M)
The money was raised from investors from Italy, including Generali Group, Banca Sella, IFIS, and from VCs, family offices, trade associations and angel investors.
AideXa, founded in 2020 by CEO Roberto Nicastro, former general manager of Unicredit, aims to provide financial products and services to seven million businesses in Italy with a turnover of less than €10 million. The company operates as credit institution, offering loans and investment-related services, but expects to obtain a full banking licence in 2021.
