Aiko Space announced €1.5 million in funding from Primomiglio and Gemina Holding.
Aiko Space, a Turin, Italy-based SAAS developer for space, announced securing fundng of €1.5 million ($1.8M).
The money was raised from Italian investors, namely Primomiglio SGR via its fund Primo Space, and Geminea.
The company also announced that Raffaele Mauro completes the management team alongside Matteo Cascinari and Giorgio Minola.
Aiko Space, founded by CEO Lorenzo Feruglio, Giorgio Albano and Loris Franchi, is a deep tech company that aims to become the reference for the development of Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies for space missions. The company develops software both for applications on board satellites and on the ground in the mission control centres, aimed in particular at the automation of operations, at the support of operators and at advanced mission autonomy.
