AImotive secured $20 million led by Lead Ventures.

AImotive, a Budapest, Hungary-vased edveloper of technology for automated driving, announced that it raised funding of $20 million.

The money was raised from investors led by Hungary-based VC Lead Ventures and including contributions from Szechenyi Venture Fund (new investor), Robert Bosch Venture Capital, B Capital Group, Prime Ventures, Inventure, Samsung Catalyst Fund and Draper Associates.

The company has also announced a new addition to its Board of Directors. Bernhard Bihr, formerly president at Bosch Engineering GmbH.

AImotive, founded in 2015 by CEO László Kishonti, develops automated driving technologies, including self-driving software, proprietary simulation tools and neural network acceleration hardware IP aimed to create an ecosystem to aid the deployment of automated driving.
