Akind raised SEK 5 million from angel investors from Sweden.
Akind, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup building a D2C operation selling jewelries, announced that it raised SEK 5 million ($600k).
The money was raised from angel investors from Sweden, including Desenio's CEO Fredrik Palm, Let's Deal founder Alexander Hars and Asket's co-founder Jakob Dworsky.
Akind, founded in 2019 by CEO Anna Wallander, produces and sells jewelery products online. The company sources its products in a Spanish factory, and works with recycled gold collected in Madrid, Spain, and lab-grown diamonds from two manufacturers in the United States and one in Antwerp.
