Altor acquires a major equity stake in LRF Konsult.

LRF Konsult, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing business services such as accounting, payroll, tax, business advisory, law and property brokerage, announced getting into an agreement to sell 75% of the company to the private equity firm Altor.

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed. LRF, the Farmers' Association, will remain a minority onwer in the company.

LRF Konsult, led by CEO Katarina Klingspor, is Sweden's largest accounting and consulting company with over 75,000 customers. The company offers industry-specific services in finance, tax, law, business consulting and real estate, as well as digital services.

LRF Konsult has approximately 1,500 employees in more than 130 locations around Sweden, and accounted for a bit more than SEK 1bn ($120M) with about SEK 60M profits in 2017.
