Annunci Animali was acquired by Pet Media Group

Annunci Animali, a Sanremo, Italy-based operator of pet-related products marketplace, announced that it was acquired by the Swedish company Pet Media Group.
Financial details were not disclosed. The deal includes Annunci Animali and its sister site Allevamenti Razze.
Annunci Animali was founded in 2005 by Marino Tilati - their combined digital properties have about 1.5 million registered users.
