AppGyver was acquired by SAP
AppGyver, a Helsinki, Finland-based SAAS company developing no-code solutions, announced that it was acquired by the German software holding SAP AG.
Financial details of the transaction remained undisclosed.
AppGyver, founded in 2012 by Henri Vahakainu and CEO Marko Lehtimäki, develops and sells a no-code app development platform that creates applications for the Web and for mobile use.
The company, which has 18 employees, developed a visual app builder platform, Composer Pro, a no-code visual platform for professional app development, whereas users can build production-ready apps for any device without having to write a single line of code.
AppGyver last raised money in 2020 and about $11 million in total from investors including Initial Capital, Karma Venture and OpenOcean.
