Arive in an investment deal backed by Balderton and La Famiglia.
Arive, a Munich, Germany-based ecommerce marketplace startup providing under 60-minutes deliveries for ecommerce operators, announced that it raised a €6 million ($7M) seed funding round.
The money was raised from the British VC Balderton Capital, joined by German investors from La Famiglia and 468 Capital.
Arive, founded in by CEO Maximilian Reeker, provides a delivery service around a high-end consumer brands marketplace, helping other companies with a selection of products suited for hyper-fast on-demand delivery, offering them a new distribution channel to a new type of customer that wants speed and convenience. The product range available include fitness products, cosmetics, personal care, homeware, tech and fashion and the company says its service is available in Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt and Hamburg.
Arive was previously pre-seeded by 468 Capital and angel investors from Germany.
