Astrachain raised €2 million in a round led by Newfund and joined angel investors from France.

Astrachain, a Paris, France-based SAAS startup developing a decentralized omnicloud data storage solution based on blockchain, announced completing a €2 million ($2.3M) seed funding round.

The money was raised from backers from France led by Newfund and joined by angel investor Stéphane Courbit.

Astrachain, founded in 2021 by CEO Yosra Jarraya and Gilles Seghaier, developed a decentralized omnicloud data storage solution based on blockchain technology. Astrachain's goal is to provide companies of all sizes with an efficient solution against cyber attacks while taking advantage of the performance of major cloud players.
