Authologic secured PLN 1.8 million backed by the SMOK Ventures fund

Authologic, a Warsaw, Poland-based SAAS developer, announced securing a PLN 1.8 million ($460k) funding round.

The money was raised from SMOK VC and App'n'roll.

Authologic, founded in 2020 by Krzysztof Klimczak, Marek Rogoziński and Jarosław Sygitowicz, built a platform that aggregates various identity verification methods, incl. based on banking data (under the license of the Polish-Belgian fintech banqup), document scanning or digital identities.

The company offers a universal solution useful for any company for which it is crucial to verify the customer's identity online, e.g. before signing the contract. Currently, the first five customers are using Authologic, including the Vooom platform for car and other vehicle rentals and the simpl.rent startup that allows tenant verification.
