Automile closes a $34 Million investment round to fuel the growth of its fleet solutions.

Automile, a Palo Alto, USA and Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a range of real-time mobile features in the fleet and field management space, announced closing in a series B investment round totalling $34M.

The investment was led by Insight Venture Partners and was joined by existing investors SaaStr Fund, Point Nine Capital, Dawn Capital and Salesforce Ventures. The money will be used to fund the sales, marketing, and product development and the company also plans to open multiple new sales offices, both in the US and Europe.

Automile, founded in 2013 by Jens Nylander (CEO), Hervé Soursou, Jacob Pontén and Felix Rosén, offers a mobile-first, design-first fleet and field service management solution to thousands of businesses. It is used by businesses of all sizes across the United States and Europe to optimize fleet performance, gain greater visibility into their drivers and vehicles and ultimately improve the bottom line.

Prior to this investment round, Automile raised about $13M, bringing the total outside funding to $47M.
