Baffin Bay Networks closes $800k in a seed-round investment, adds Mikael Munck and Michel André to the BOD.

Baffin Bay Networks, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing sofware as a service security solutions, announced closing its seed-round, totalling $800k. The funding will enable the company to continue the development of its globally distributed Threat Protection Centers.

At the time of the funding, the company will also add Mikael Munck, (Investor and Chairman of Copenhagen FinTech), and Michel André, (former CTO at SAXO Bank), to the Board of Directors of Baffin Bay Networks.

Baffin Bay Networks, founded in 2017 and led by CEO Joakim Sundberg, operates globally distributed Threat Protection Centers and offers up to 3tbps mitigation capacity with more than 11 Internet Exchange Points (IXP) and transit providers.
