Biototal was acquired by MVI Equity

Biototal, a Linköping, Sweden-based producer of circular solutions for agriculture, announced that it was acquired by the private equity company from Sweden MVI Equity.

Financial details remained undisclosed.

Biototal, founded in 2006 by Jan Nystedt and Tomas Kjellquist, is a market leader within circular solutions for the argicultural industry and swedish farmers. The company is offering its customer advice around plant nutrition and crop production and supplies different products within the area.
