Birds Relations to raise SEK 8 million.

Birds Relations, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup building a mobile app helping couples manage their relationship, raised a fresh equity round closed at SEK 8 million ($800k).

The money was raised from Fredrik Olofsson via Twig Ventures, joined by an equity contribution of 4 million made by Almi Invest.

Birds Relations was founded in by Clara Zelleroth, Helga Johnsson Wennerdal, Sofia Brandt (CEO) and Isa Cederberg and is working for the development of a mobile app that should help couples strengthen and deepen their relationship. The company says the product uses a methodology based on IBCT, a scientifically based form of couples therapy, and has an oboarding process that includes mapping and analysis of the couple's personalities and relationship.

Prior to this round, Birds Relations raised pre-seed in 2021.
