BizBot added NOK 4.4M in capital investment, expects to launch its SAAS for paperwork by mid 2018.

BizBot, an Oslo (Fornebu), Norway-based startup working on the development of a software paperless tool for shareholders and investors, secured NOK 4.4M ($570k) in a new investment round. The money was raised from new and existing investors.

BizBot was founded at the beginning of 2017 by Didrik Martens, Richard Paulsen and Øyvind Pedersen, with the aim of simplifying business bureaucracy. The company, which already counts Danske Bank as a customer, intends to launch its product in closed beta in spring 2018 and fully make it available in the summer.

In the summer of 2017, the company received NOK 2M ($250k) in finacing from The Factory, Innovasjon Norge and a range of local angel investors, including Petter Borg, Erik Storm, Pedro Fasting and Gian Luca Congeddu.
