Björn Lundén sold the company to Main Capital.

Björn Lundén, a Hudiksvall, Sweden-based SAAS developer of accounting and financial solutions, announced that it sold a majority stake to the Dutch investors from Main Capital.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Björn Lundén, founded in 1987 and led by CEO Ulf Svensson, developed a a suite of modern cloud solutions for accountancy firms and SMEs, including accounting, billing, reporting, consolidation, payrolling, legal and tax administration to optimize workflows, provide actionable insight and follow latest regulations. The company serves over 30.000 companies in the Swedish market.
