Bluecall adds SEK 4M in more investment provided by Soläng Invest and other Swedish angel investors.

Bluecall, a Stockholm, Sweden-based managing a mobile marketplace for anonymous therapy counselling, secured SEK 4M ($460k) in capital investment.

The money comes from Swedish capital investor Soläng Invest, who becomes shareholder together with Helena Schiller, Ashkan Fardost, Fredrik Åhlberg and Cecilia Storåkers Hjelmstedt.

Bluecall, founded in 2016 by Caroline Rödén, developed a mobile app connecting people in need of conversational support with people who can offer it, directly over a phone call. The company makes money by charging a subscription fee from businesses, who receives an anonymized monthly report on the number of calls and related topics. Bluecall manages about 100 calls a week from four client with around 200-300 employees each, including a staffing company and an insurance company.

Prior to this, Bluecall raised about $200k from Swedish angel investors, including Magnus Sandberg, Mattias Weinhandl, Michael Hansen and Simon Josefsson, and was part of state-owned incubator STING.
