Braive raises SEK 10M, aims to expand its mental health solutions in Sweden.
Braive, an Oslo, Norway-based medical company raised SEK 10M ($1.2M) in outside funding.
The money comes from private investors, including Daniel Pilotti and Øystein A. Landvik, as well as from research grants and will be used to further expand the company's services in Sweden.
Braive, founded in 2015 by husband and wife Henrik Haaland Jahren and Hermine Bonde Jahren, is a MedTech company specializing in the development of internet-based mental health treatment programs for common mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression.
Braive's largest customer is an insurance company and also works with hospitals and the Swedish health club Frisq. In 2017, the company reported a turnover of around SEK 1.6M ($190k).
