Brath, a Örnsköldsvik, Sweden-based digital agency providing SEO, SEM and facebook advertising, announced the purchasing of Teveo, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based competitor.

Brath was founded by siblings Magnus Bråth and Maria Bråth and has 28 employees. The transactions has undisclosed financial terms and it's intended to further grow the company.

Teveo, founded by Andreas Eriksson and Christian Persson, has 5 employees and 50 customers.
