Bright Network secured £3.5m from Maven Capital Partners

Bright Network, a London, United Kingdon-based recruitment platform has announced that it has secured £3.5m ($4.4M).

The money was raised from Maven Capital Partners. The transaction also includes investment from private equity firm Seneca Partners.

Proceeds will be used to help support company's SaaS solution.

Bright Network, founded in 2013 by James Uffindell, is an online careers community designed to connect the brightest graduates and undergraduates with the most dynamic employers in the market. Bright Network released its networking site for intelligent students and graduates with a series of soft launches to a select number of UK university students in 2010. The site has a minimumacademic requirement of ABB (or equivalent) A Level - anybody who meets that is welcome to apply to join the network.
